Dato’ Aliff Syukri can’t seem to sell his luxurious Pavilion Residences apartment in Bukit Bintang.
Apparently, Aliff’s apartment unit has not been well-received by potential buyers. This is due to the high selling price that not many can afford to purchase it, especially not in this pandemic situation.
The 33-year-old businessman wrote, “I feel very sad because I’m selling my apartment in Pavilion Residence, Bukit Bintang. But due to the MCO (movement control order), no one can afford to buy this house, although I’m selling it for a price much cheaper than its market value; only RM6 million and it is fully furnished.”
“Since there are no buyers, I think I will just rent out the place at a low price. For those who are interested in renting the apartment monthly, I’ll offer a discounted price per month for only RM28K. Because we are currently in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, I can offer 45% to 50% discount,” he further added in his lengthy post.
As stated by the “Cuba Bahagia” singer himself, the apartment, which is fully equipped with a variety of lavish furniture, has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. “This house literally brings you to the Pavilion shopping centre. So, if you’re planning to go shopping, want to buy a Gucci, an LV or even a Prada handbag, you can just take the elevator, the stores are just downstairs,” Aliff told his followers.
As reported by Murai, the rental price for houses located in the elite area could reach up to RM35,000 per month, depending on the type of residence.
