Maybank users, please take note!
The largest local banking chain recently announced that several of its services will be unavailable tomorrow (Saturday, 3rd April) and Sunday (4th April) at different times.
In a statement posted on Maybank2u’s official website earlier on 1st April (Thursday), Maybank users are also advised to carry out their transactions beforehand in order to minimise any inconvenience during the service interruption. “We apologise for any inconvenience caused. For more information, please write to us at mgcc@maybank.com,” they stated.
Here’s the detailed list of services that will be unavailable for the next 2 days:
1. 12:00am – 3:00am (Saturday, 3rd April 2021)

2. 11:30pm to 11:59pm (Saturday, 3rd April 2021)

- Debit Card Transactions
- ATM
- Smart Recycle Machine (SRM)
- Cheque Deposit Machine
3. 7am (3rd April 2021) to 8pm (4th April 2021)
- Maybank2u Online Stocks (Local Trading)
- Maybank Trade (Mobile Trading)
