Kevin Nascimento Bueno, better known as MC Kevin, died when he fell off the 5th floor balcony of a hotel in Rio De Janeiro.
Word on the street has it that the popular Brazilian singer had panicked, thinking his wife was about to walk in on him having a threesome with another man and woman.
MC Kevin had tried to escape to a balcony below his hotel room. Unfortunately, he lost his footing when he jumped. The 23-year-old plunged 5 floor below and landed not far from the swimming pool. Hotel guests approached MC Kevin, who was laying on the marble slab. “(He) is breathing, call the ambulance,” one of them said in Portuguese.
The funk artist was pronounced dead after being rushed to a nearby hospital. Metropoles reported that MC Kevin had suffered 2 heart attacks inside the ambulance before the vehicle had reached Miguel Couto Hospital.
Bianca Domingues, 26, revealed that she and singer friend Victor Fontenelle had met MC Kevin outside of Brisa Barra Hotel before being back to the celebrity’s hotel suite for some intimate time. The model shared that MC Kevin “believed that his wife was at the bedroom door, he was scared and tried to leave”. Turns out, the person at the door was only a co-worker.
In case you didn’t know, MC Kevin had just gotten married to criminal lawyer Deolane Bezerra on a Mexican beach 2 weeks ago. The 33-year-old took to Instagram to share a recent wedding photo along with a heartfelt caption.
“You left and took a piece of me, you were always so incredible … I waited 33 years to be happy and you abandon me? It is not fair you will leave like this! It is not! It is not! My love,” the post translates.
The late singer will be laid to rest at Parque dos Pinheiros Cemetery in São Paulo.
