Nora Danish has nothing but praise for her husband, Nedim Nazri’s efforts in helping those who have been severely affected by the recent flash flood in the Klang Valley area.
The Malaysian actress took to her Instagram recently to share her pride and praised her beloved spouse. That being said, the lovely couple still couldn’t avoid from receiving backlash from some bitter nitpickers. Many rolled their eyes and accused Nora of tooting her own horn.
“Barefooted??? My hubs is actually someone who is very fastidious when it comes to getting his feet dirty. So so proud of you, baby. I have no idea where did you get the spirit from. Four days in a row, from one place to another, you didn’t even have a proper meal,” the “Puteri” star wrote.
“He’ll wake up early in the morning, make phone calls here and there in search of places that needed help. He even had a fight with someone just because he really wants to help those who were affected by the flash flood. Keep up the good work. Love you,” she added in her post.
Despite her sweet gesture for her significant other, Nora’s post was met with criticism from netizens. Soon after the news about it made its way on social media, the comments were flooded with commentators leaving negative remarks. Some even appeared to poke fun at the local political figure.
“He’s doing his job barefooted and she’s proud of it? I feel like throwing up,” user Mohd Nasrullah commented on Facebook. Another commentator Adam Hzrn chimed in by quipping, “We are also disgusted by the sight of your husband, ROFL.” Not only that, there were also a few netizens who brought up the celeb couple’s previous bubble bath controversy!
