Lauren does free end-of-life photoshoots for pets and their owners, capturing the pain of bidding farewell to various pets like dogs, cats, and rats. What inspired Lauren for this initiative is the loss of Tilly, her beloved cat. She explains that the loss of a pet is one of the most heartbreaking pains that are relatable for so many people. Through her photoshoots, Lauren tries to memorialize the powerful bond between pets and their owners by capturing meaningful moments.
Lauren spends around one hour with each family, and she plans her photoshoots as desired by her clients. It can be anything from sharing a affectionate hug to visiting a memorable place for the last time, anything that’ll bring out the special relationship between pets and pet owners. Lauren’s sessions are free-of-charge because she wants everyone to access this resource without restrictions. There’s no doubt that pets deeply impact our lives, and gives us unconditional love, loyalty, and companionship. Therefore, Lauren believes that all the people deserves to have endearing pics of their pets.
