13 Malaysian Celebs Share Their Share CNY OOTDs & Family Portraits

Admit it, last year’s Chinese “Niu” Year was pretty bleak. Not only were we stuck in the country’s longest lockdown, Covid-19 cases were going from bad to worst. This is why the Year of the Tiger is special for so many reasons.

It’s hard to contain the excitement as many of us are finally meeting our relatives and loved ones for the first time in 2 years. During this time, we’re already noticing people donning their best festive outfits – and our local celebrities are no exception. Take a look at their Chinese New Year OOTDs and how they’re celebrating this season.

1. Namewee (黃明志)

After being away for a few months, Namewee finally returned to Malaysia on 11th January. In conjunction with promoting his “Nasi Lemak 1.0” film (which just debuted in local theatres), he’s also been spending some quality time with daddy Wee. He even showed his dad’s impressive Chinese calligraphy skills!

2. Amber Chia

This hot mama works hard, but also plays hard. Aside from her eventful family reunion, Amber also did a silly TikTok video with bestie Alexio Yeoh during their get-together. We first noticed this stunning model wearing her floral MAGlifestyle dress during the Watsons CNY dinner and it was also featured in Utusan Malaysia. Totally obsessed!

3. Jordan Yeoh

Jordan and eldest daughter XinRou strike a paw-some pose before their lou sang tossing. We like how there’s a family-friendly snapshot and also a shirtless sexy pose to turn the heat up.

4. Harith Iskander

5. Jenn Chia teaches Jon Liddell how to properly wish the elderly.

6. Chan Phei Yong (培永)

7. Qiu Wen (秋雯)

8. Lee Chong Wei (李宗伟)

9. Henry Golding

10. Marion Caunter

11. Chryseis Tan

12. Elaine Daly

13. Miss PuiYi
