Usually, if a movie is generally considered good, it’ll eventually become famous because people talk about it openly. They will share their opinions on it, both positive and negative, and discuss their likes and dislikes about the movie. However, as always, there are exceptions to this fact. Sometimes, after watching a movie, we feel like it’s the best we’ve seen. But, when we ask around, we feel like nobody else has seen it. Isn’t it disappointing to see that some movies with incredibly interesting plot lines and impeccable acting work aren’t that famous? It’s truly a shame to see such cinematic masterpieces being underrated.
To bring attention to such movies, Reddit user darkweirdvalley started a thread, asking “What’s a movie you love that you swear no one ever talks about like the world has forgotten it?” Over 35,000 people took to this thread to share their opinions about movies that are fantastic yet underrated. This thread also gave them the opportunity to find people with similar interests so that they have someone to talk to about their favorite movies. So, check out the following list of movies that deserve more recognition, and share your thoughts with us in the comments.
