6 Things We Enjoyed During Our Staycation Trip At Resorts World Awana Genting

Planning to go on a short and sweet staycation for the coming Merdeka holiday or the Malaysia Day long weekend with your loved ones? Then look no further because we’ve got you covered. After going through some major revamping, Resorts World Awana – one of the hospitality giants offered by Resorts World Genting – has recently reopened its doors!

Located just 35 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, Resorts World Awana is the perfect destination for those who have been longing for some peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We at Hype Malaysia recently had the pleasure to go on a 2D1N staycation at Resorts World Awana. Needless to say, with a plethora of exciting activities being put forth, your experience at this resort will be the best yet.

For starters, let’s begin with the rooms and the facilities provided by the resort, shall we?

1. Superior Deluxe Room

The resort is currently offering a Superior Deluxe Room with an approximate space of 360 sq ft, which is perfectly spacious enough for two people. The room has two twin-sized beds, a dining table, a 50-inch UHDTV, a mini fridge, a hair-dryer, a tea and coffee bar, while the bathroom is complete with amenities such as towels of various sizes, soap, and shampoos. The housekeeping team are also ready at your service in case you need additional amenities.

The room also has a sliding door, where you can step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view and also experience the chilly weather of Genting Highlands from your doorstep. If you’re lucky, you can also get a view the Genting Premium Outlets (GPO) mall from afar, which is located around two minutes away from the resort.

With that being said, as cozy as the hotel room is, there’s actually plenty of stuffs you can actually do outside. Resorts World Awana provides some eye-catching facilities for their guests. This include:
