TERMINAL 1 operates with a chef who has 30 years of experience in the culinary industry and has served the Brunei Royal family. 6. Thirty8 Mid Autumn Set Menu

Besides enjoying all the mooncakes goodness this season, Grand Hyatt KL’s signature restaurant, Thirty8, has curated a special Mid Autumn menu which can be enjoyed over the next 2 weeks. This menu starts off with a plate of Steamed Scallop (with glass noodle) and Chili Smoked Duck Breast that has some spiciness to it. There’s also a hearty bowl of double-boiled Fish Maw soup and Steamed Tiger Grouper Fillet. Do also remember to make space for a flavorful plate of Wok Fried Rice and the Instagrammable chilled Taro dessert.
