Attending a wedding, especially that of a close relative, can put people into a sentimental mood. Malaysian actress Lin Min-Chen (林明禎) recently gave fans a look into her younger brother’s wedding- even revealing that she cried during the ceremony!
The actress took to Instagram to share videos and photos from the stunning ceremony, believed to have taken place over the past weekend. In her caption, Lin Min-Chen revealed that this was the wedding of her first younger brother, the third-born in the family. In one of the videos she shared, Lin Min-Chen took part in a traditional tea ceremony and was served tea by her brother and her new sister-in-law.
However, it seems the star became so emotional that she started tearing up as she drank her cup of tea. Of course, Lin Min-Chen’s parents also partake in the traditional ceremony – but netizens couldn’t help but be in awe of the public figure’s mother. Many in the comments praised her youthful appearance, particularly while wearing her red cheongsam. In another video, Lin Min-Chen showed off her close bond with her mother as she helped her apply makeup before the ceremony.
The 34-year-old also shared videos of the bride and groom, showing the happy couple as they walked into the reception hall. She even posted a video of the pair sharing a romantic kiss during the ceremony. In her captions, Lin Min-Chen also shared a touching message to the newlyweds, congratulating them on their marriage and welcoming her sister-in-law into the family. Fans and friends also took the opportunity to send their congratulations to the actress and her family.
