While they may be rich and famous, celebrities have shown the public they can be just as clumsy as the rest. Taiwanese actor Ko Chen Tung (柯震东) is one of those clumsy stars, having recently made an embarrassing mistake while on a live broadcast.
The actor is known to stream live, particularly on Instagram, to interact with his many adoring fans. However, his recent broadcast had many fans joking that Ko Chen Tung is getting too close for comfort. While streaming, the actor had to use the restroom and momentarily excused himself. Unfortunately, while the 33-year-old had left his phone in the living room, he had forgotten about the earphones he was wearing, which ended up picking up the sounds as he used the restroom.
Over 3000 fans who tuned into the live stream could clearly hear the actor relieving himself, leaving little to the imagination. The fans could even hear Ko Chen Tung flushing the toilet, implied by the loud water sounds. Many viewers reacted to the baffling moment, hilariously leaving comments like “The live broadcast turned into a pee broadcast” and “Very realistic pee sounds”.
When he returned to the living room, Ko Chen Tung realised that his fans had heard him pee. He laughed out of embarrassment and apologised for his mistake, admitting that he wasn’t tech-savvy and didn’t know that his earphones could pick up the sounds. However, it seems the singer wasn’t too affected by his blunder and could still joke with his fans after the fact.
While it was an embarrassing moment, we have to give points to Ko Chen Tung for being a good sport and admitting to his mistake. At least now he’ll know to take out his earphones when he needs to relieve himself mid-stream.
