Oasis Garden Café

  • Highlights: A perfect retreat to enjoy a wide selection of coffee, tea, Asian cuisine and high tea.

House of Zhou

  • Highlights: Chef Tai surprised us with a variety of Malaysian cuisine on our first night. From the signature Otak Siumai and mini curry puff to Cereal Lobster and Kam Heong razor clams, each of these flavourful dishes reminded us of home.

Red Lantern

  • Type of cuisine: Chinese
  • Operational hours: 11:30am – 2:30pm (Lunch), 5:30pm – 10:30pm (Dinner)
  • Highlights: Inspired by the breadth and depth of China’s regional specialties, each dish is meticulously prepared. The exquisite Dim Sum and Pumpkin Soup (with abalone and shrimp) were great starters, before moving on to the flavourful Beef Short Ribs and Wok-fried noodles. The Pièce de résistance for this course was the Chinese “Swan” puff stuffed with strawberry sweet egg yolk.

Waterside

  • Type of cuisine: Western/ Local
  • Operational hours: 11:30am – 11:30pm
  • Highlights: This season (at time of writing), guests can enjoy the vibrant flavours of Salu-salo sa Waterside every Saturday evening. The culinary feast spotlights traditional Filipino dishes from various regions with modern, elegant flair.

Fresh International Buffet

  • Operational hours: 7-10:30am (Breakfast), 11:30am-2:30pm (Lunch), 5:30pm – 10:30pm (Dinner)
  • Highlights: Unfurl a world of gourmet treasures at Fresh, your passport to a tantalizing tour of global cuisines.

Yakumi

  • Highlights: Exclusively sourced from Tokyo’s Toyosu market, the sushi, sashimi, and seafood are not praised for its freshness but each bite is simply delectable.

Finestra Italian Steakhouse

  • Operational hours: 5:30pm – 10:30pm (Dinner)
  • Highlights: As one of Philippine Tatler’s Top 20 Best Italian Restaurants in Manila, Finestra offers a culinary voyage in the form of Pan fried scallop, Balik salmon, US prime striploin and Tiramisu.
