If you’re planning a trip to Bangkok, Thailand, make sure to set aside time to visit the newly opened One Bangkok shopping centre, which launched in October earlier this year. With its striking architectural design and diverse mix of businesses, it has quickly become a hotspot for both domestic and international shoppers.
We were fortunate enough to fly to Bangkok to explore this impressive shopping destination and celebrate the launch of two stores: URBAN REVIVO (UR) and its sister brand, BENLAI, both part of the FMG Group, with each brand featuring distinct styles and functions, achieving differentiated positioning.
UR’s new store at One Bangkok is its largest in Thailand, covering nearly 3,000 square metres across the ground and first floors of the complex. The store’s design reflects the brand’s ethos of openness and diversity, highlighting the coexistence of conflict and harmony by merging history with the future, the city with nature, and fashion with humanity.
UR’s products blend creativity and accessibility with the premium quality typically associated with luxury brands, emphasising originality, design, and sustainability. The brand’s collections add a fashionable twist to everyday urban life, appealing to consumers aged 18 to 35 and beyond. At the opening, visitors eagerly explored the brand’s latest products and took part in a variety of promotional activities.
On the same day, UR’s sister brand, BENLAI, also opened its first store in Southeast Asia at One Bangkok. The newly opened outlet, also located on the mall’s ground floor, is designed around the core concept of “authenticity.” It presents the purest beauty and meaning of clothing through raw materials, natural colours, and simple forms. As a casual, light outdoor wear brand, BENLAI combines high-tech fabrics with innovative craftsmanship, offering functional, comfortable, and durable clothing.
The brand’s style is rooted in authenticity, promoting a natural and healthy lifestyle, and catering to a range of needs from everyday life and work to leisure and sport. If you’re wondering when BENLAI will make its way to Malaysia, Leo Li, CEO of FMG Group, has revealed that the new brand plans to go global in 2025. With an URBAN REVIVO outlet already established here, it makes sense for BENLAI to follow suit and open a store in Malaysia too.
Here’s OUR Reel of what went down during our trip:
