Hextar World’s net lettable area will span up to 1.8 million square feet, which integrates a European and American-inspired High Street concept. The site will be divided into 6 distinct zones, with over 600 retail, entertainment and dining outlets with a covered street mall. Other exciting facilities include tram connectivity, a 28,000-square-foot supermarket and an entertainment centre, featuring a bowling centre, sports and bar street and immersive edutainment experiences. 

2. Malaysia’s largest indoor water park

Spanning at almost 2 million square feet in total area, Hextar World will boast the country’s largest indoor water park, featuring a diverse range of aquatic attractions suitable for all ages. Whether you’re seeking thrilling water slides or a relaxing float, this water park promises an unforgettable experience.

3. Features the largest indoor winter sports facilities

In partnership with Slope Master,  a premier ski training provider and the Malaysia National Ice Skating Stadium (MYNISS), Hextar World will establish Malaysia’s largest indoor winter sports facilities which consist of the largest indoor ski training training facility and an Olympic-sized ice skating rink. The collaboration aims to make more winter sports accessible for people of all ages and skills in a transformative approach to the future of winter sports in Southeast Asia.

Hextar World is linked to 18 townships within a 10km radius and enjoys direct access to key highways, including the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and Penchala Link via the Sprint Highway.
