Cherish the time you have with people, you never know when their time will come.
Radio host Jack Lim (林德荣) posted his father-in-law’s passing on Facebook and Instagram earlier this morning (24th May). Lim was blessed to spend one last reunion meal with his father-in-law before he passed.
At 8am, Lim uploaded a photo of his family visiting his father-in-law in the hospital. The MY FM radio host wrote, “My beloved father-in-law left this morning. The reunion dinner at the hospital this year also became the last reunion of our family.” The photo was presumably taken during Chinese New Year this year as there seems to be a container of lou sang on the table.
The radio host also wished his father-in-law well. “I will take good care of my mother-in-law and (my) family,” he continued. “Rest in peace.” Many left their condolences, including local celebrities like Namewee, Haoren and Lee Zii Jia. Others wished Lim strength and hope his family is doing well.
We too send our condolences to Jack Lim and his family. It is never easy, losing someone you love. We pray the family finds peace with their loss.
