Hype Picks: 11 Things To Do In Klang Valley This Week (7th February-13th February)

January felt like it was never going to end, but yay, we’ve made it to February! We know everyone’s schedules have been packed with Chinese New Year activities and gatherings, but this week we’re lining up a whole set of events specially just for you!

Over the next few days, we have included bazaars for you and your family to visit, resin workshops for those looking for detail-oriented activities, food events for the foodies, and a special event for all you Pokémon fans! You could also use this list as a Valentine’s date idea *wink wink*. So, let’s get straight into it:

1) Valentine’s Day Bazaar

If you’re looking for a place to go on a chill but cute date with your partner this Valentine’s, head over to KEDAI KL as they will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Bazaar. Not only that, you can shop for artisanal products to gift your partner as well as take Instaworthy couple pictures at the venue!

2) Jade Hills Experience Gallery

The Lunar New Year is still ongoing! Celebrate the rest of your CNY at Jade Hills with artisan markets, food trucks to satiate your cravings, and special performances. If you’re lucky, you might even catch the God of Prosperity around!

3) Pokémon TCG 25th Year Exhibition

Pokémon fans, or more specially card collectors, now is your time to shine. Get those Pokémon card stacks off your shelf, and head right over to the exhibition in Kepong. AEON Mall Metro Prima is the place for you to geek it all out. From video game experience to photo booths, you can even trade your cards with other fans. Hey, who knows, you might even get to see the Pikachu parade in action ;)

4) BlaBla Language Exchange

We know it’s already February, but we’re still are the start of the year. If you’ve had a rough January, then start off your year in February by making new foreign friends online and learn a whole new language. Until We Catch The Dawn features five different short plays exploring hauntings from the past and the pursuit of closure, brought to you by emerging Malaysian and Singaporean playwrights. Please note that the play is for mature audience.
