Nur Sajat Offering Additional RM47K Discount On Kota Damansara Bungalow

Back in March earlier this year, Nur Sajat’s famous Kota Damansara bungalow was reportedly up for auction. According to a Facebook post by property agent Izhaq Marazi, the entrepreneur’s home was originally supposed to be auctioned off for RM4.68 million in May, half of the initial selling price.

Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned as there was reportedly hardly any interest in the celebrity’s bungalow. Due to this, the house’s pricing has now dropped to RM4.21 million, RM47k less than the previous price. The new auction date is set to take place on 2nd September later this year.

Just like the agent’s previous post, the 2-storey bungalow is built on land measuring 11,093 square feet. The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house, located at the Selangor Polo & Country Club Petaling Jaya, previously belonged to fellow entrepreneur and friend Datuk Aliff Syukri.

The new price actually marks the third time where Sajat’s Kota Damansara bungalow price has been cut. Originally, the businesswoman wanted to sell the property at RM9.5 million but then later offered it at RM7 million with the option to rent. Sadly, even with the RM2.5 million discount, the house has remained unsold and has lowered to RM4.68 million as aforementioned before the new price.

Still, the new discount would not necessarily guarantee that there will be any potential buyer. In the comments section of the Facebook post, however, many said that they would consider purchasing the bungalow if it was offered at RM1 or 2 million. Will the bungalow’s price continue to drop or will it remain at RM4.21 million? Guess we’ll have to wait for the next auction to find out.
