Recently, a ‘time traveler’ claimed to have visited the year 2027. He claims to have discovered a very interesting thing about the world from his ‘time traveling’ experience, which is the extinction of humans. In the video footage shared by him, not a single person appears in shopping centers and beaches that he visits.
A TikToker named Javier, going by the username @unicosobreniniente says that he fast-forwarded six years, where he experienced human extinction. His account is followed by 1.3 million people, and he provided his followers with regular updates of the ‘future’. The video was able to collect over 740,000 likes and nearly 25,000 comments. Also, nearly 7.3 million TikTok users viewed the video.

Javier’s claims are pretty ridiculous for a number of reasons. Despite Javier being the only human on sight, the internet and electricity seem to be working properly. Buildings and vehicles can also be seen as usual. Last but not least, even social distancing stickers are visible on floors.
As the caption of the TikTok, Javier wrote: “I just woke up in a hospital and I don’t know what might have happened. Today is February 13, 2027, and I am alone in the city”. He also added that ‘humanity has been extinct, and the shopping centers are empty.
After posting the first video, one of Javier’s followers asked him to show the empty hospitals. As a response, Javier did upload videos showing the empty corridors. However, people were quick to point out the fact that if he’s really in 2027, the advertisements and clothes should look different. People also spotted footprints on the sand, boats sailing in the sea and a person on the crossing.
One user commented on the video saying: “Clearly his place of work and he got there earlier than anyone else”. Another user asked: “Who turned the escalator on?” Some people even asked him to go to a store and reveal the expiry dates of products.
